Everyone that has an account with Rush Airways is subject to the following terms and conditions.
General Terms
- Rush Airways is NOT responsible for any item that we receive:
- with defects
- broken or deteriorated
- wrong or inconsistent
- with incorrect information
- Rush Airways will NOT assume any third party payments for goods received in our warehouse.
- Rush Airways is NOT responsible for any type of fraudulent payment made for the goods we receive through your account.
- Anyone who agrees to use Rush Airways as a carrier, agrees to pay all costs per Pound / Insurance / Taxes levied by the company or the country of destination.
- We will only transport content that is legal in the country of origin as well as the country of destination while meeting all required customs regulations.
- Hazardous material / Dangerous Goods can only be transported as cargo; we can handle this merchandise with proper documentation. Please contact us for more information.
Restrictions
CANNOT Transport through Courier
- Objects that are prohibited by law.
- Objects that can’t be imported or be in circulation at the country of destination.
- Contaminants or any object which by its nature or packing endanger employees of postal services or the general public, or which may soil or damage other postal items, or equipment operator.
- Live animals.
- The sending of paper money, securities of any kind payable to bearer, platinum, gold, silver, precious stones, jewels and other valuables of a similar nature that are not sent insured. The prohibition shipping paper money does not operate in the admission of money by the operator of postal payment services to provide such services to their users.
- Objects whose traffic is constituted as a crime.
- Objects that are determined in international conventions to which Colombia is a signatory.
- Military clothing and imitations.
Restricted Items
- Opium, morphine, cocaine, narcotics controlled or not by the Ministry of Health.
- Explosive material, flammable or any other hazardous material/ Dangerous Goods.
- Radioactive Material.
- Pornographic objects and publications.
- War toys.
- Weapons and other war elements.
- Chemical precursors in the preparation of drugs.
- Medications which need prior approval by I.N.V.I.M.A.
- Coins, banknotes, paper money or any kind payable to bearer, platinum, gold manufactured or not, worn clothing, jewelry and other valuables.
- Aerosols and Spray (Perfumes have special handling due to restrictions in US airlines and customs).
Some of these articles need special import permits.
